Most people come to coaching because they care about their relationships romantic or otherwise, but they know something isn’t working. Perhaps the conversation with a friend feels tense or repetitive. Maybe romantic needs aren’t being expressed clearly. Or something important amongst wider family is being avoided altogether.

My work is about helping you understand what’s actually happening beneath those moments, and how to shift them.

What coaching is (and isn’t)

Coaching won’t give you scripts and it won’t tell you what to say and it definitely isn’t about labelling you or your relationship as “right” or “wrong.”

Instead, it’s an opportunity to slow things down enough to understand:

  • what you’re feeling

  • what you’re trying to say

  • and why it isn’t coming out the way you want it to

From there, we work with clarity, not guesswork.

How sessions work

Sessions are 1:1 and conversational.

We start with what’s happening right now, what feels stuck, unclear or emotionally charged.

From there, I’ll help you:

  • identify patterns in how you communicate

  • understand emotional triggers and responses

  • unpack what’s being said vs what’s actually meant

  • build clarity around what you need and how to express it

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. Just bring whatever you feel at the time.

What changes over time

As people progress they notice:

  • Conversations feel less reactive and more grounded

  • They can express needs without escalating conflict

  • They understand their own emotional patterns more clearly

  • Relationships feel less confusing and more intentional
